Shipping
It currently takes me five to 11 business days to hand make your custom tags. Once made, I will send your tags out the next day, and you will receive an email notifying you that your tags have shipped. My standard shipping method is through Royal Mail services. If you are outside the UK, the standard shipping is untracked.

​If you are not in the UK and do not upgrade your shipping at checkout to tracked, there is nothing I can do for you once your tags have been dropped off at the post office. So please do consider upgrading to tracked shipping so that you can follow your tags' journey and receive them in a timely manner.

Your tags will be sent in a completely compostable mailer, with fully compostable and/or recyclable packaging. Woo-hoo for eco-friendly!
Returns and Refunds
I take so much pride in my products, so I want you to be happy with your tags too. As long as I haven't already begun making your tag, you can definitely reach out to me to change your chosen design or order, or cancel for a full refund.
Due to the custom nature of my tags, I cannot offer returns. If you are for any reason dissatisfied with your tag, please shoot me a message so that I can make it right in some other way.
Warranty
I am proud to offer a lifetime warranty on all my Little Striped Fox tags for any damage to your tag that renders it unusable or to not function as originally intended. This includes bent tags that will not sit flat, if the metal tag itself breaks, or any unreadable information.

My tags come preassembled with strong split and jump rings able to withstand a strong amount of tension. But for the safety of your pet, these rings do release with extreme tension. I cannot refund you for lost or stolen tags, but please do contact me and I will be happy to offer you a discount to replace it.

If the ink in your tag's impressions ever fade, just send me a message and I will give you my mailing address for you to mail your tags back, and I will fix your tags to look brand new - for free! You just pay shipping.
If you'd rather a quick at home fix, you can easily touch up your tags with just some rubbing alcohol, an old cotton shirt rag (or paper towel), and a Sharpie marker. First, completely colour in all the impressions with your marker. Then, dip your cotton cloth into the rubbing alcohol until lightly saturated. Finally, gently rub the cloth in a circular motion on the tag to remove the excess marker. Repeat as needed until only the impressions have ink.
Privacy
When ordering, you must provide me with certain information. This includes your name, email address, postal address, payment information, the details of the product that you’re ordering, and the additional information you provide for personalization.

I retain your personal information only for as long as necessary to provide you with my services and as required to comply with my legal and regulatory obligations. I generally keep your data for the CRA recommended time period of 7 years.
I share your personal information for very limited reasons and in limited circumstances. The first is Wix, this website hosting and creating platform. I share information with Wix as necessary to provide you my services. This website has a HTTPS security protocol and is validated with an SSL certificate, and very safe. The second is my accounting software Wave, which is protected by up to 256-bit SSL encryption and only used personally by me. The third is delivery service providers, almost exclusively Canada Post, Canada's primary postal operator. The information shared with them are your delivery details for package shipment.
